After hours, weekends, holidays-no matter where you may be. Technology and flexible hours allow care when you need it. Due to smaller number of patients accepted into the practice (@125 compared to 2,000+), you are a priority.
House Calls
Sometimes, a home visit is needed. This is an option!
Office Services
- No copays
- Free urine screening, urine pregnancy test, rapid strep test, other in-office tests
- ECG
- biopsy
- benign skin lesion removal
- Breathing treatments (nebulizer)
- Cryotherapy
- Laceration repair
- Other minor procedures
- Some medications available for low cost at time of visit
- Spirometry (Lung function) Testing
Membership Pricing
There is an initial $75 enrollment fee per individual which enters you into our electronic medical record system so we are able to begin serving you. The monthly fee is:
- Children 0 - 19 years old, $30/month with at least one parent membership
- Adults 20 - 44 years old, $60/month
- Adults 45 - 64 years old, $90/month
- Adults 65+ years old, $120/month
At this time, we do not provide routine vaccinations/immunizations. Call to discuss how we may assist you receive recommended vaccinations. .
